NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

FOR HAYNES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT-

The Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting for Haynes will be held on Monday 14th March 2022, commencing 7.15pm at Haynes Village Hall.

Local government electors for the village will be entitled to vote at the meeting which will be open to the public.

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:

 

  1. Apologies
  2. Approval of the Minutes of the last Annual Meeting – Monday 8th March 2021.
  3. Annual report from Haynes Parish Council Chairman covering the activities of the Parish Council followed by any questions
  4. Annual reports from Village Organisations.
  5. Meeting open for any Local Government Elector to speak.
