To Members of the Council

 

You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Haynes Parish Council at Haynes Village Hall on Monday 14th March 2022, commencing 7.30pm, for the purposes of transacting the following business.

We welcome attendees, but will continue to take reasonable precautions to keep everyone safe as follows:

  1. a)Please do not attend if you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms.
  2. b)Maintaining a social distance is optional. Please respect the wishes of others & move away if requested to do so.
  3. c)Wearing of masks is optional. Please respect the wishes of others & refrain from commenting on anyone’s personal choice in this regard.
  4. d)We will continue to have sanitiser available & encourage attendees to use it.
  5. e)If you develop COVID-19 symptoms within 7 days of the meeting alert NHS Track and Trace & alert the Parish Council. We will continue to keep “Track & Trace” records of attendees for the time being.

20.1        To resolve appointment of new Parish Clerk following resignation of Mrs H. Trustam

20.2        To agree and adopt the 2021/22 National Salary Award as agreed between the National                           Association of Local Councils and the Society of Local Council Clerks jointly.  Salary                                scales to be applied from 1st April 2021.
