When the Parish Council met in January, it reviewed the speed data from its Vehicle Activation Sign at the junction of Silver End Road and Rook Tree Way. It found the highest volume of traffic and speeding in excess of 30mph was between Monday and Friday at 8:00am to 9:00am, and 3:00pm and 4:00pm.
The Parish Council wishes for you to be alerted to our concerns about road safety particularly at a time when children are in cars or using the pavements.
The Parish Council accepts speeding is widespread and so has informed the school of the same issues.
