Three Things You Need to Know about
1. Census Day is Sunday 21st March. As soon as you receive your unique access code in the post, you can go online to complete your questionnaire. Visit census.gov.uk. There’s no need to wait until Census Day!
2. If you can’t complete your questionnaire online, don’t worry. You can request a paper questionnaire by calling our helpline 0800 141 2021 any time between 8am and 8pm (weekdays) and 8am and 1pm (Saturdays). You can also give your answers directly to a census officer on the phone.
3. Completing the Census is a legal requirement for all of us but there is plenty of help and advice available for anyone who faces any difficulty doing it. Call 0800 141 2021 for assistance and advice.
